Terms and conditions

1. Definitions & Acknowledgement
By participating in this mission (“Mission”), organized by IDSF Israel, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”).

2. Nature of the Mission
The Mission is an 8-day experiential journey in Israel, guided by a certified tour guide and led by Israel’s former top IDF, Mossad and Shin Bet senior officers. It includes visits to unique locations, briefings, cultural immersions, and other activities listed in the itinerary.

3. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk
Participation is entirely voluntary. The participant understands that the Mission may involve physical activity, travel in unfamiliar settings, security risks, and possible exposure to conflict zones. The participant assumes full responsibility for any risks, known or unknown, including but not limited to bodily injury, illness, emotional trauma, property damage, or death.

4. Health, Insurance & Medical Release
The participant confirms they are in good health and able to participate. Participants are required to hold the minimum necessary insurance coverage, including travel insurance, medical insurance, and emergency evacuation insurance – including coverage for war, conflict, or high-risk zones – prior to departure for the Mission. In emergencies, appropriate medical assistance may be sought at the participant’s expense.

5. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the participant releases IDSF Israel, its employees, guides, contractors, representatives, and any affiliated parties from liability for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in the Mission, including due to acts, negligence, or omissions of any involved party.

6. Conduct & Dismissal
Participants must follow the code of conduct, instructions, and itinerary. The organizers reserve the right to remove from the Mission any participant whose behavior endangers the group’s safety, disrupts group dynamics, or violates the Mission rules. In such cases, the participant will be responsible for any additional expenses, including accommodations and return travel.

7. Use of Personal Information & Media
By registering for the Mission, the participant consents to the collection and use of personal information required for the Mission. The participant grants permission to be photographed or recorded, and authorizes the use of such media (photos, videos, testimonials) for promotional or educational purposes without compensation.

8. Passport, Visas & Documentation
The participant is responsible for ensuring their passport is valid for at least six (6) months after the end of the Mission. They must obtain any necessary visas, vaccinations, and travel documentation.

9. Payment & Cancellation Policy
• 60 days or more prior to arrival – 5% payment of the total Mission cost.
• 59 to 45 days prior to arrival – 25% payment of the total Mission cost.
• 44 to 31 days prior to arrival – 50% payment of the total Mission cost.
• 30 days or less prior to arrival – Full payment of the total Mission cost.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the organizers. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the credit card company’s policy.

10. Cancellation Due to Security Situation
In the event of cancellation due to the security situation in Israel, participants will have the option to choose between a full refund of all payments made or rescheduling the Mission to an alternative date, which will be mutually agreed upon.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Israel.

12. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the participant and the organizers, and supersedes all prior communications.

13. Declaration
By marking the checkbox (V) in the registration form, the participant confirms that they have fully read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
